For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the rg77 website at rg77.biz, including all games, features, payment systems, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the rg77 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's rg77 Account representing real-money funds.
• "Real-Money Play" means any game session in which wagers are placed using funds from the Player's Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that must be bet through before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to comply with applicable regulations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures applicable to the Platform.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the primary currency of the rg77 Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the rg77 Platform or creating a Player Account, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in full;
2. You accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them;
3. You have read and accepted the rg77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
4. You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
5. You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
6. You are not accessing rg77 from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

rg77 reserves the right to request confirmation of acceptance at any time. Where a User cannot demonstrate acceptance of these Terms, rg77 may suspend or terminate access to the Platform pending review.

Access to real-money gaming services on the rg77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for gambling in the Philippines as established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is 21 years old. rg77 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only; corporate or entity accounts are not permitted for player accounts).
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of rg77 or any of its associated business partners where such access would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

rg77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other government-issued identification bearing a photograph and date of birth.

To participate in real-money gaming on rg77, you must create a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active rg77 Account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and outstanding balances may be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. rg77 is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
• Philippine Mobile Number: A valid Philippine mobile number is required for SMS-based account verification and two-factor authentication.
• Email Address: A valid and active email address is required. This email serves as the primary communication channel for account notifications, security alerts, and promotional communications (where opted in).
• KYC Documentation: rg77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

rg77 reserves the right to decline account registration requests without providing specific reasons, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including login email or username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your Account password to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, including family members, friends, or associates.
• You must use a password that is unique to your rg77 Account and not reused from other platforms (including GCash, Maya, or social media accounts).
• You must notify rg77 immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• rg77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account using your registered Philippine mobile number.

rg77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

The rg77 Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are subject to the following terms:

6.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• rg77 does not accept cash deposits, prepaid cards issued in the name of a third party, or payment methods where the beneficial owner cannot be verified.
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits typically credit instantly. Bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the rg77 cashier at the time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending identity confirmation.
• rg77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including transaction history, source of funds declarations, and identity documents.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• rg77 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

6.3 Currency

The primary currency of the rg77 Platform is the Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. rg77 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

rg77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome packages, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to each promotion at the time of offering.

• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is displayed at the point of bonus claiming. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or zero. The applicable contribution rates are displayed in the individual bonus terms.
• Withdrawal Lock: Where a Player holds both real-money and bonus funds simultaneously, withdrawals may be processed from the real-money balance only after the bonus wagering requirement is completed or the bonus is forfeited.

Detection of bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date or period from issue. Unused bonuses are forfeited upon expiry with no recourse.

rg77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. The Platform will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes to ongoing promotions where practicable.

All games on the rg77 Platform are subject to individual game rules available within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all game play:

• rg77 games are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, SA Gaming, and others. Each supplier maintains its own Random Number Generator (RNG) certifications and fair play audits.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures applicable to individual games are available within the respective game interfaces and on the rg77 website.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, rg77's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. On reconnection, the game will be resumed or resolved according to the outcome already determined by the game engine. rg77 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection failures.
• All disputed game outcomes are subject to investigation using rg77's server-side game logs, which serve as the authoritative record of game results. Where a discrepancy exists between what is displayed on the Player's device and the server-side record, the server-side record prevails.
• rg77 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human interaction tools in connection with game play. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the rg77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, with outstanding balances forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts (whether simultaneously or sequentially);
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to exploit game mechanics, bonus terms, or promotional structures;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals without first attempting resolution through rg77's official dispute process;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rg77 staff, support agents, live dealers, or other Platform users;
• Attempting to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the rg77 Platform through any technical means;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your rg77 Account.

All content on the rg77 Platform — including but not limited to the rg77 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of rg77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rg77 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any rg77 content;
• Use rg77 branding or trademarks for any commercial or promotional purpose without prior written consent;
• Scrape, index, or otherwise extract data from the rg77 Platform by automated means;
• Frame or embed rg77 pages within a third-party website or application.

rg77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and can be accessed directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. The Platform will issue a warning when the limit is approaching and terminate the session automatically upon expiry.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once reached, further real-money game play is restricted until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of Account access ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, login is disabled and all marketing communications are suppressed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request indefinite self-exclusion from the rg77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the permanent suspension of Account access. rg77 will endeavor to prevent re-registration during the self-exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rg77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where such access results from the Player's own failure to maintain account security;
• Technical errors, display errors, or communication failures on the Player's device, network, or browser;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the rg77 website, including game descriptions, RTP figures, and promotional materials, where such reliance was unreasonable in the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits rg77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where rg77's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a higher limit is required by applicable law.

rg77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC or age verification within the specified period;
• Suspected money laundering or violation of AML obligations;
• Account access from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• At rg77's discretion for any commercial or regulatory reason.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, rg77 may void outstanding bonuses and, at its discretion, withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — such as voluntary closure or regulatory change — any verified real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their most recent verified payment method.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting rg77 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

rg77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a notice displayed on the rg77 Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where:

• The amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance and does not permit a notice period;
• The amendment is beneficial to Players and takes effect immediately;
• The amendment is a minor correction, clarification, or reformatting that does not affect the substance of Players' rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the rg77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the rg77 Platform, the following process applies:

1. Internal Resolution: Players must first submit a formal complaint to rg77 at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. rg77 will endeavor to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If the internal resolution process does not resolve the dispute to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution service, as applicable.
3. Records: In any dispute, rg77's server-side logs, game records, and transaction records constitute the primary evidential record and shall be given significant weight in determining the outcome of the dispute.

Nothing in this section limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
